Certified Clinical Supervisor Training
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) Training is a five-day (30-hour) training. CCS uses a didactic lecture format with experiential learning exercises that cover clinical skills for supervising alcohol and drug counseling staff and interns.

About the Training
CCS is held virtually through Zoom to offer a synchronous and interactive teaching/learning experience.
Participants must have live video on for duration of the course and a viewing space to ensure course discussion privacy.
Driving/travel during the course is prohibited.
To qualify for training and DMHAS scholarship, applicants must:
Be working for a DMHAS-licensed substance abuse treatment facility.
Hold one or more of the following credentials LCADC, LCSW, or an LPC.
Have access to a smart device, or computer, with access to internet, a camera and microphone, that can support zoom virtual platform.
NOT FOR RENEWAL: This course is only for initial certification. Scholarships are not awarded for a renewal or refresher course. You must attend all 5 Days for Credit.
Renewal Credit Information
To qualify for training and DMHAS scholarship, applicants must:

Selection Process
All applicants are reviewed in order of receipt. Priority is given to qualified active supervisors in need of credential. When maximum scholarships have been awarded, a waitlist is established.
